Minecart first inventory filter (not second) is set to milk (normal NOT packed etc.). Read it again and check screen i made for you. I understand what is your problem because got same one but i found solution on forum and told you it.

That would be less a problem if you could filter unpackers, bit that is not possible yet. If i use generic packaged items, there goes coal to the bread unloader.
